What this website collects

This site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking or profiling cookies. It loads no third-party fonts, avatars or social widgets, so visiting a page here does not disclose your IP address to any other party.

Our web server keeps ordinary technical logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser user-agent — solely to operate and secure the service. These are not used to build a profile and are not shared for marketing purposes.

Cookies

No cookies are set on the public pages of this site. Logging in to the administration area sets cookies that are strictly necessary for that session.

If you contact us

When you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to satisfy statutory retention obligations. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Client engagements

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, we do so as a processor under a written agreement with that client, who remains the controller. Such processing is limited to what the engagement requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to rectify or erase it, object to processing, or request portability. Write to info@teekton.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
